Please fill out the following form if you would like to license an image or images for Editorial, Commercial, or Custom Use.

ARTISTS:
I generally abide by The Creative Commons – Attribution Non-Commercial – CC BY-NC License. This license enables borrowers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator. Non-commercial purposes means you can not sell your artwork or reproduce it. This means no prints, stickers, postcards, magnets, shirts, totes or other materials can be sold with artwork derived from my photos. Learn more about Creative Commons Licensing here.

For example, "I'd like to use these images for this year's annual report which will be distributed within the NWT in print and available online". OR "I'd like to use this image as the cover of my self-published novel".

Licence Application *

All licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
License fees will be paid in full before images are released at print quality (or other specification) without a watermark.
Unlicensed use will be billed by invoice and subject to court actions if the photographer is not compensated for unlicensed image use.
Breach of an existing license agreement may result in court action if parties can not resolve a disagreement of terms.
Licenses are granted at the photographer's discretion.
