It’s February and the foxes have been getting back to business. Last month I had a few glimpses of foxes but this month they seem to be everywhere. I hope this means there will be plenty of kits come spring!
I love to photograph foxes in the winter. The light, when it’s sunny, is beautiful and the contrast of the red foxes and the blue sky are as fun to explore as the black and red cross foxes against the white snow. It can be challenging to get the right balance between lights and darks without losing detail!
