I hope you are all feeling invigorated by a shift in the world political arena. I know that I am feeling lighter today after a stressful week of anticipation. Sleep has returned in earnest here so I thought it would be fitting to share a post about napping.
Foxes are one wild creature that has mastered the art of the nap. I have found them napping amongst industrial debris, construction equipment, on sand dunes, and curled up in snowy alcoves or outcroppings out of the wind. It seems that foxes can nap just about anywhere so it came as no surprise to find a few foxes frolicking atop a tower of discarded mattresses.
It didn’t take them long to curl up and enjoy the stack of bedding. I haven’t been to the landfill for a while but I imagine if this stack of sweet dreams is still there so are my little friends.
